If your little one enjoys playing cops and robbers, then you can’t go wrong with a Police Themed Party! My new Police Party Printables & Police Invitations will make your party planning super easy.
This is a huge collection of editable templates that includes everything you need to host your Police party, including decorations, invitations, and items for Police themed party games. Even better, you instantly download and you personalize these printables easily at home using Adobe Reader!
There are 2 different types of invitations included in my Police Party Printables collection. Use the Party Notice to call all Crimefighters to your party to help solve a birthday crime! The Police Car invitation is great for younger children.
The Wanted Poster is great for an activity on arrival. Set out some markers or pencils and watch the kids draw their own wanted criminal.
There are two Wanted Posters included in this collection – one has the neck pre-drawn in to help younger children and the other is a fully blank space for older children. You can also use them as party decorations by attaching real photos of the ‘criminals’ or suspects from your Police party.
There are plenty of full-page signs too. Print off as many as you like, changing the text each time.
Use my printable evidence markers, bags and flags to set the scene at your Police Themed Party. These are great to use in conjunction with your birthday party crime!
Stick the evidence tag on a ziploc bag and, together with a few evidence flags & folding markers, hand to the police officers at your party to mark out any evidence they find. Personalize these items with the date and each child’s name too!
The folding evidence markers are also fun to use as decorations on your party table.
Print off the Certficate of Thanks to hand out after your party crime has been solved or use as party favors.
The Party Violation Notice is my favorite part of the collection. It is completely editable, so you can change all of the ‘violations’ to be as creative as you like (or just use my sample ones). Don’t forget to change the City name to where you live. Print them out before-hand (with incrementing Ticket Numbers) and fill-in by hand just like a real ticket.
This Notice is perfect to secretly slip under the windscreen wipers of your adult guest’s cars and give them a scare as they leave the party. If you have a real Policeman (or one in costume) in attendance, they could also hand them out during the party when they notice a violation being perpetrated!
Personalize the Money into any denomination and come up with your own ‘Bank’ name. Package the money into wads using the little wraps that are also included. One use of the money would be as the ‘stolen loot’ in one of your party games.
The Fingerprint Cards are perfect to fingerprint all the ‘suspects’ at your Police Party! Once fingerprinted, you might like to slip these into your party favor bags too!
Prepare the food that you will be serving at the police themed party. ‘Hero’ sandwiches are a great way to honor the rookie police officers. Additionally, donuts are a fun addition. Other party food ideas include ‘Detective Dogs’, ‘Justice Juice’, ‘Cop Corn’, ‘Crimefighter Chili’ and ‘Magnifying Glass Lollipops’!
If you will be serving cupcakes, consider using my printable cupcake toppers to provide a ‘jailhouse’ vibe!
My printable food labels/tents are always a great way to let the guests know what is available to eat.
Personalize the water bottle labels with each child’s name too.
Hand out Police Officer Badges to all guests. Attach a saftey pin with a glue gun or tape to the back of the Badges to pin them on.
Decorate the party area with police themed party items, such as my printable banner. Add crime scene tape, and don’t forget to create a chalk outline on the floor.
This large (48×36 inch + A0 sized) Mugshot backdrop is another template in my Police Party Printables and together with my mughsot boards is a great Photo Booth idea. An instant camera could create a mugshot of each guest as he or she arrives.
Send all the happy party guests home with police themed party favor ‘loot’, such as mini police cars, magnifying glasses, mini torches and mini notebooks. Don’t forget to use my printable favor tags to decorate the loot bags!
