HOW IT WORKS

4. CUT AND ASSEMBLE
Cut out your Police Crime Scene Evidence Flags on the provided cut lines, then punch 2 holes down the left side and slide a stick (or long skewer) through. Tie the stick to the flag (or tape it to the back) if needed.
